Login issues

This guide will help you answer the most frequently asked questions regarding the web portal login.

How do I log in to the web portal?

Go to this link to access the web portal: https://iso.safeture.com/ 

In the Username field, input your email address or User ID (if you have been provided one by the Safeture Client Development team). You will now be automatically redirected to one of the following two options, depending on the configuration of your account: 

  • Log in with Single sign-on (SSO) 

If your organization has Single sign-on (SSO) functionality connected to your Safeture account, you will be redirected to your organization’s login provider. Please complete the steps that follow. 

  • Log in with User ID and password 

If your organization does not have Single sign-on (SSO) functionality connected to your Safeture account, you will be forwarded to a page to enter your password linked to your Safeture account. Complete by pressing the submit button. If you are an administrator, you will receive a two-factor verification code via SMS or email. Input the verification code in the field that follows.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or believe the security of your password has been compromised, please visit this link to reset it: https://iso.safeture.com/?forgotpassword Input your email address or User ID. A password reset link will be sent to your email; follow the instructions in the email. The password must be at least ten characters and contain upper and lower case letters and numbers.  

Note that resetting your password does not work if your organizations have Single sign-on connected to your Safeture account. 

I haven’t received a two-factor verification code

You should receive a verification code via SMS or email within a few minutes of trying to log in with your user ID and password. Ensure you have mobile reception and check your email spam folder. If you haven’t received a verification code within a few minutes, please contact the Safeture Support team at support@safeture.com.

Single Sign On-issues

If you encounter error messages or other problems once redirected to your organization’s login provider, please contact your IT department for assistance.
