risk level editor
It lets you as an Administrator get an overview of all risk levels for any country. With this update you can also edit the ones you like, in order to align the risk levels with any requirements you might have – for example your insurance policy.

Where you access the Risk Level Overview

Inside the Admin Portal, scroll down to the Content Module. There, you find a new submenu called Risk Levels.
risk level editor interface
It takes you to this view, with a list of information on all overall risk levels, as well as all risk categories with respective risk information. You are also able to search for a specific country.

How to edit a Risk Level

Override risk assessment
By clicking “edit” to the right in the list, you are presented an editor where it is possible to set a new Overall Risk Level, which will override the default risk levels set by Safeture.

What happens after overriding a risk level?

Safety Tab in Safeture App

To App Users, the new risk level will be presented under the Safety tab in the section for country information.

Pre-trip Emails

It will be used to determine what pre-trip alert emails that will be sent.

Travelers in risk zones

Also, a changed risk level will affect which countries that are included in the dashboard widget “Travelers in risk zones” in the Admin Portal.

By default, travelers in risk zones will include travelers currently located or heading to a country with a high risk level. Read More about the customization of high-risk threshold here.

Country Information
