Dashboard

The first module we’ll take a look at is the Dashboard where you’ll find important and instant information about the safety of your employees.
On the top left side, you can see emergencies sent in by employees through the Safeture application. Below that, you get insights about how many of your employees are travelling. You also find information on the amount of employees in risk zones – i.e. the employees you might have near a recently occurred incidents published by the Safeture system. The same information can be found for your facilities.
Communication and information are also available, and to the right corner, incident reports for the last 24 hours based on the selected regions that you have decided upon.
Below that, there is some key information on your general subscription, and through the subscribe to email functionality, you can subscribe to a daily email that will send you selected parts of this information via email.
Security Overview

Next up is the Security Overview. This map-based module, gives you a graphical overview of your employees. It also allows you to Geo-fence communication, review logs on travel and interface and much more.
Every country is given a color based on its general threat level. Your personnel is plotted out on the map and are given a different color based on their location settings:
- Exact Location
- Country-level position
- City-level position
- State/Region
- Airport position
- Scheduled Check-ins
- Emergency
If the user icon is striped, it means that their position has not been updated for at least 24 hours.
You can use the map to geofence communication if you want to send an SMS, email, or start a chat group with a certain group of employees or facilities in a certain area. Just use the polygon selection tool to select the group and message everyone within that area.
Another functionality worth mentioning is the important log, which shows data on everything from travel to communication for your organization incident feeds where you can customize your particular incident feed and also a list view of all your personnel.
You can easily filter the content displayed on the map so that it only shows information specifically relevant for you. Filter either your personnel, incidents or based on risk information:



Facility

Safeture’s Facility Module helps you:
- Link your employees to your organization’s offices, factories, warehouses or other facilities.
- Get a geographical overview of all company assets – both facilities and employees
- Define roles within a facility by adding management tags.
- Communicate only with the managers, with all staff in a specific facility or with all facilities within the company.
Even without the Safeture application, the employees that are connected to a facility can be contacted if there has been an incident nearby.
The Facilities Module automates alerts based on the facility location instead of an employee’s individual location.
CMS - Country Management System

Travel Booking

If you integrate the portal with your TMC (Travel Management Company), you can review all trips made by your employees, locate high-risk bookings and find other useful information on travel bookings made by your organization to better mitigate risk.
In addition to phone tracking through the Safeture application, the Safeture platform also offers travel booking tracking. This is done by Safeture integrating with your TMC and streaming the travel data into the platform. You can view the travel data on the security overview map as well. Still, the travel booking module is specially designed for you to manage the travel booking data.
Here you can see upcoming trips for your organization, and you will also have high-risk bookings indicated. Through the important user management application, you can manage your admins your end-users travelers and also create groups and hierarchies.
Medical

Similar to the content management app the medical module provides stakeholders and travelers with useful information. This is a medical database on which you can find information on common conditions and diseases, everything from symptoms to prevention and treatment, as well as information on common medications that these particular medications may be called in different languages and what potential side effects they may have.
User Management

The Safeture platform in general and the Safeture Admin Portal, in particular, is designed to be flexible so we can meet the requirements of your particular organization. Through the user management application, you can create groups and hierarchies for your organization you can also create administrators and set different permissions and rights for those administrators the user management app also is a convenient way to manage all your travelers and users

Safeture’s E-learning module helps you:
- Educate and prepare your employees for their upcoming business travels.
- Avoid cybercrime and fraud.
- Protect and prepare female and LGBTQ business travelers, in regard to cultural differences in the countries of destination.
- Measure your employees’ level of travel preparation with our E-learning quizzes.
The Preparation Process:
Each module starts with a short video followed by content designed to improve your knowledge and awareness. At the end of each module there is a short test with special merit badges awarded for each successfully completed topic. You will receive the content for each topic as a reference for future trips.
