1. Click on the alert symbol in the bottom navigation bar
2. Click on an alert
Click on the alert you wish to send your response in relation to.
Note: only alerts with a risk level of medium or high include the “I’m OK” button. These alerts are marked either with a yellow or red circle.
3. Click I’m OK
When clicking the “I’m OK” button, the information that you are safe will be sent to the web portal administrators.
4. Dashboard widget “Reported I’m OK” will now show your name
After having clicked the button, your responsible administrators will be informed as your name together with a link to the relevant alert will appear in the dashboard widget called “Reported I’m OK”.
