Safeture’s Analytics Module combines all data sources into an easy-to-use, flexible business intelligence tool. Data is available as per your organization’s Data Retention Policy. No personal information is visible within the Analytics module.
Dependent on your subscription data is available on a combination of Travel Bookings, User Locations, Safeture Alerts, Safeture Country and Regional Risk Ratings, Safeture App usage, and Safeture Portal usage.
Analytics is split into sections to provide overviews of your data. This user guide describes the controls to manipulate the data and the content of each section.
Analytics is available within the Safeture Portal and is shown as the icon – in the left-hand side module list. If you are unable to see the icon and would like access to Analytics, please contact your Safeture Account Manager or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Data views can be manipulated using the various controls available within each section. Generally, data can be viewed over time ranges – Years, Quarters, Months to Days. For geographic data, the view can be changed from Global, Regional, and Country levels. Analytics loads data for the longest time range available when you first open Analytics and each section.
Most views offer options to filter the displayed data in a number of ways. By filtering or selecting different parts of the data, you can drill down to a more granular level of data. When filtering data, the views will be updated to reflect the selection/filter.
Moving either of the sliders automatically updates the data and totals within the selected time frame.
Most views, like bar charts and geographic maps, allow the user to select the data to be viewed in a number of ways. This includes mouse drag to select any number of data points or multi-selecting by adding individual data points to the selection.
