The Safeture Exposure Tracker is a unique tool to see your organization’s exposure to the Corona virus outbreak and which employees are at risk of spreading the infection within your organization. It is an essential tool to implement and follow up on internal travel bans and quarantine procedures when returning home from infected areas. The tool automatically checks your employees historical, current and future locations and travel bookings with the latest corona outbreak information in 5000 regions globally. The tool uses both travel booking data and mobile phone location information.
Right now, it is very important to contain the spread of the Corona virus so it does not get a hold in the general public or in your organization. As of today, there are a limited number of countries where it got a hold, China, South Korea, Iran and Italy, in other countries detected cases are primarily “import cases”, which means people that have been in these countries. It is these people the Corona Exposure Tracker is focusing on.

The fastest way to get a comprehensive view of your organization’s exposure to the Corona virus is to import/integrate the travel booking information of your organization. It is most easily done by contacting your Travel management company (TMC) and get them in touch with us. Safeture have standardized procedures to get the data and match the travel patterns.
Safeture has procedures in place with the three major GDS’s Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport/Galileo. The major Travel Management Companies which Safeture has procedures in place with are Egencia, BCD, AMEX GBT, CWT, HRG, FCM Travel, and Ctrip. If you use another TMC we can also support that, but with a longer set-up time.
Yes, Safeture also supports Email Parsing meaning that you can forward your historic, current, and future email travel booking confirmations into the system. As an admin, you can also manually upload your employees travel bookings. The system also uses real time locations from our mobile app, so it even works without any travel data if the employees install the Safeture Pro mobile app.
The Safeture platform will be free for 40 days from the day you start using it. No strings attached. There could be external costs from your travel management agency or from other external parties. This will be invoiced in arrears and we will inform you if there are costs and approximately how much. The booking systems normally charge per trip (per PNR)
